A) We understand that you are interested in spreading your Business activity in Kerala. We have been in the retail financial sector for the last 3 years, dealing mainly in shares, mutual funds and insurance products. Our AUM comes to 6 crores and having about 500 clients in and around Ernakulam. In order to grow bigger in size and perform better, we would like to associate/merge with larger companies having a national presence/ knowledge in the above field. We are even ready to work under your management and agreeable to make this firm into profit centre within short-time.

About us.

Ours is a partnership firm constituted by three former bankers as partners. Our Managing Partner is having 28 years of banking experience, out of which he was exclusively working as Head of Kerala ING Vysya Financial Services around 5 years. The two other partners are ex-Officers in SIDBI and State Bank of India. All are VRS Optees. All of them are IRDA/AMFI,NCFM Certificate holders. Average age of our partners is around 45 years, with smart looking & service oriented and passion for work.

We are ideally located near M.G. Road, Ernakulam, Kochi, having an office space of about 300 sq.ft. in the ground floor with car parking facility. At present we are having 2 share trading terminals (NSE & BSE) Sub_Broker Reliance Money, and staff strength of 2 persons apart from us.
